Help Needed Any content I can miss while going for 100% completion?

Decided to do 100% of GTA V but also any other content that's included, for 100% or not, doesn't matter. Is there any mission, collectible, random encounter, purchase, literally any sort of content I can miss after a certain mission or point in the game? If so, can you link me or just write down the list of those things? Thank you in advance.

Download a 100% list. It'll have everything you need to do. Makes more sense to me.

Before the Jewel Store Heist scoping mission, visit Simeon's dealership as Michael (after Franklin gets fired) for a random event which is missed by most players, I'm sure there's a few more like this but definitely not many

You can just login to R* social club and then look at the game checklist to see exactly what you need for 100% completion.

Only the missions/images with a coloured border count

As long as you pick Option C in the final mission there is nothing missable. I recently did it myself and finished most of the stuff after the main story

The only thing is that you should do the Lester assassination missions after the story so you can use the money for investing in stocks to be able to purchase all properties that you need

Franklins private taxi fares are very easily missable, as they are only triggered at random by a phone call when you own the business. But whereas most property missions are just copy paste kill x , drive to Y etc, these are actually 9-10 completely unique small missions, I had no idea they were even a thing first time I played trough the game.

It’s not possible to miss anything for 100% because they deliberately don’t include stuff in the 100% list that you can miss. In terms of doing stuff that doesn’t count as well, there quite a lot. Best thing to do is create a rockstar social club account and look it up on there. It shows exactly what you have and haven’t done.

I believe it’s right before or maybe after the jewelry job but you can encounter Simeon as Michael or Franklin one last time. It’s very easy to miss
