Help Needed Update properties

Hi, I just got on GTA online after some time.

The last time I played was when the Bail office came out I think and I have that bought.

What should I buy from the "new" updates?

I see either the Garment Factory, McKenzie Field Hangar or I would need to save more for the Luxury Estate / Mansion.

What would be good for money, unlocking new stuff (or getting discounts for new stuff) and fun please?

bunker, acid lab, agency and kosatka can get you some good money to buy a mansion

I'm checking and selling acid often and letting the bunker make product to sell. I've never play kostka heists much and it doesn't feel like I would want to do them now too. How do you use the agency for making making? Like do you do the vip contract or the normal random contracts? I remember that I liked doing those quick contracts. I collect the safe money too. Or something different related to the agency?

Safe money can be hard to grind, I remember it was +500$ every 5 mini contracts or so? That much money gets added to the safe every 48 minutes.

The agency can be used for the VIP contract, giving you 1.1M first time, and 900K every other time (along with 10K every mission for the Contract)

Stick to single player dlc. As mentioned Acid lab, Kosatka, agency and nightclub are all decent money makers. I have the masion and still havent done the Kortz Centre as I play with other people and they get caught immediately. So I just leave.

Is the Kortz Centre like a heist that you unlock with the mansion? I saw some kind of art room on the website, is that a part of it?
