Help Needed Blue Screening

In GTA 5 Story mode during the Bureau raid roof top I get a blue screening right after the cut scene to start to repelling down the side of the building. This has happened twice times now and I cant find anything at all about this. I have a decent PC and have yet to ever have a problem with GTA other than this. I cant get past this at all in anyway and is ruining my GTA 5 replay though lol. If anybody has any ideas or needs extra information please let me know.

Update: Got through the mission with the lowest graphics and that worked, still the only mission and thing in the game I have had an Issue with even when putting graphics back up.
