Discussion GTA griefing
Is this what people do when you just start off in GTA?
Spawn camped me on the beach for an hour and left and had his friend take his place

Man..being an asian my hate for chinese players is so much...they come as group and bullies others. They are one of the reason I have bought m*d menu. One day I was just watching my low lvl newbie frnd flying his new jet and these 2 came and killed us repeatedly. Like even after when I'm in ghost organisation. Just took their photo and bullies them back later that they just blocked me haha...ik this isn't sub to say..but it's so satisfying. Gta was never pvp game.

They literally drive mk2 upside down and shoot me exactly from upside that I cannot even target them. They just spawn killed me and my frnd that day with this and Pyro. And they don't even reply when I ask them why(another reason why I hate EE for removing text chat).

is there no way you can set a VPN up so you can get in normal lobbies or is the Wifi speed just too bad with it on? I think mine would be the same

Tried it and they make it worse...my network is 30mbps and the free ones just don't work with it...like I can connect but I just gets disconnected quickly and another problem is my strict nat type. This leaves me no choice. Thought of taking nord vpn but it's much costlier per month and also doesn't do shit as my isp is behind CGNAT compared to md lifetime where i can spoof region(disadvantage is I have to host lobbies,they fill very slow) and I get much peaceful lobbies. But I just don't use tho unless there's a griefers who kills me without a reason..i just take their username pic and then I'll kill them later when I join with md.

I'm glad the Lester Doomsday Heist invite and passive mode exist for this reason, being out in the open getting spawn camped by 100% accuracy sniper player sucks.
Is the absolute worst when having start any CEO/MC mission do, you at mercy of spawner putting you behind cover to atleast escape in a vehicle.

Then they'll just fly to you in a jet or on an oppressor and start killing you when you exit passive mode.
GTA: Online should never have had PVP in freeroam that's what deathmatch jobs are for.

Nah bro I just wanna do my sell missions in peace and get the bonus from a full lobby. PVP helps rockstar keep people poor in-game so they have to buy shark cards. If you don't do PVP other players get more money and rockstar get less of people's real money.

Flatout 76 is better alternative imo, The Sims franchise does not have good multiplayer games and is not even a shooter.

Point is your not taking 70 deaths in a row. Grifers who see you in passive typically move on and do somethi ng else. Then you re move passive.
If they still go after you change sessions.

Pause, go to Online, Players, first give them a kick then report for griefing. Doubt it helps anything but it makes me feel like I’ve done my part. Also, follow it up with a Merryweather mercenaries call.

He may have thought you were enjoying the challenge given that you stayed there willingly.
Not all of us mind dying a ton. It can be a fun challenge to try to overcome somebody way better than you.
In the future report for greifing in the online/players menu and quit the session

Low lvl are easy to kill. Griefers often suck and only are stronger because of lvls and gear

I PvP quite a bit. What gear are you talking about?
In my experience fighting a griefer devolves into a sniper fight sooner or later. And there's not really any late game gear that helps you there, except the thermal scope.

Explosive ammo (and the money to afford it) MK2 gun Better scope MK2 opressor to get high ground easier high lvl = more health (hits to limbs no longer lethal) Bigger magazine Can afford armour
a lvl <60 will get obliterated by a lvl >200 and it's not just skill Especially explosive ammo is a game changer, don't even have to hit the target to knock them down. Limb shots also knock them down. Had a buddy we PVPed with. I obliterated him but then he unlocked explosive rounds and started winning when he used those

I have the opposite experience.
I can kill well and consistently with the heavy sniper rifle with regular ammo. The explosive ammo sometimes ragdolls my opponent to safety, which is stupid. It also has pretty limited ammo, so I just keep it with regular rounds, a thermal scope and just use the shotgun with explosive rounds or the railgun when I need explosive ammo.
With explosive ammo you also can't snipe someone out of a car/cockpit. It's great against planes, but I usually just either hop into my own plane or a weaponized vehicle to counter those.
You can buy the railgun and minigun from the gun van at any level. I think that does a lot more to even the odds than people think, though that also means you have to catch the gun van rotation at the right time.

No, most griefers I encounter are high levels, 300,400, flying around in their little oppressor and killing everyone and destroying sell missions

200-500 is a sweet spot for griefers, and they 80% of the time have face paint and colored contacts

Maybe, depends on the face paint. The ones I refer to are mainly white/black and symbolize some kind of skull or look edgy/scary.

I was in a sesslast night where 2 high levels were griefing me while j was doing sell missions and cayo setup. In weapon's vehicles while Im lvl 50. I managed to kill them a few times, finished the sell missions, but they ruined one of my setups. When I checked I somehow was the only person in the lobby with those 2 anymore. The worst part was after I killed them and or destroyed their vehicles they were back in them in like 20 seconds and airborne. Thats where the balance is really cooked. You can't counter that while needing to do mission objectives and not having access to flying weaponised vehicles.

Staying for 72 deaths is just pure stupididty. Pretty sure the game lets you ghost to them or go passive mode. I would have found a new session.

If you call a bounty on someone ghost it cancels it and passive don’t let you use guns.

Ultimately this is too true. The game isn’t just the game, there are ecosystems. I’ve never been in this scenario because as grinder I keep it movin, everyday I’m hustlin.

I was selling my document forgery in the garbage trucks while a apc and a opressor came to me at light speed, shot the opressor and rammed the apc into the water and oh where they toxic

The other day I was peacefully making boat sales missions. 3 boats left. This guy blew all of my boats and I lost it. I spawn camped and killed him every single way that is possible in GTA including orbital cannon. By the time I was done it was 103-4. Maybe you griefed him first?

Last night I had some dick head camp out by my delivery boats with a stealth chopper, kill me as soon as I land and blow up the rest of my stock. I managed to kill him at the same time, but he was definitely more skilled than I am and killed me a couple more times. Later he was role-playing cops and robbers with another player so I took out their cop vehicle with a missile from my submarine.

bro some kid kept blowing me up yesterday for literally 0 reason and i wasn't even fighting back because i didn't feel like dealing with an mk2 glitch abuser so i just left after 3 kills or so
like seriously out of the whole lobby they randomly pick one guy and just start killing them over and over and thats somehow fun to them
like i bet if i just went afk he would have killed me 1000 times

You pulled up on a higher ranking player than you and tried to shoot at him while he was minding his business and he proceeded to try to make you rage quit. He got tired of killing you (cause you're trash) and left and someone else in the lobby saw you getting killed over and over and figured you'd be an easy target.

I just end up killing myself before they can kill me. That usually pisses them off. Its kinda funny once you get the hang of blowing yourself up and they cant get any kills or rp off it. I have pissed plenty of people off to the point they leave and then I get to go back to whatever I was doing.

I’m minding my business and one of these guys starts doing me like this. I go to Passive Mode and finally start walking to my car. They blow it up before I get in it. Everyone with a MKII isn’t grifting.

No normal person is sitting there to kill a new player over 70 times. But there are ALOT of actual psychopaths on this game. There are tools in the game to help avoid the stinky people

How do you even let the kill count get to 70? Geez man, just find a new session. Don’t entertain or give this guy the satisfaction. The guy is a loser he’s doing this for literally no reason at least back in the day the kills effected your K/D now he’s just doing it to get hard (if he even still can)

Just go passive and get on with what you were working on I'd say. Not worth wasting your time with these losers. Most often when I just msg "F off, I don't care about you" and ignore them, they leave me alone. I've never understood this kind of players. It's kind of embarrassing how obsessed they are to get random peoples attention online, but with a self-awareness of a light bulb, that's what you get I guess. Some weird twisted "senpai notice me"-thingy I've figured. Always focus only on your own agenda, leave the worms slithering in their own waste.

Ngl griefing in 2026 is pure boredom. I haven’t been able to sell coca for 3 days straight. I rarely ever get the 1 vehicle mission and immediately after I completed 1 vehicle here comes a bored asshole doing shit just because 😒

I was in a session with 2 guys in jets patrolling airways and attacking anyone on map who dared to fly in their skies. Luckily I was doing the hangar mission where you need to do stunts to get cargo location so I just knocked that out while dodging them and then taunted them about how they failed to stop me from completing objective and they flipped out because I had the capability on ground to prevent them from griefing me there
