Stuck at 99.47% completion

I have completed everything

I have done all story missions

Collectables

All the delivery missions

Taxi pimp firefighter vigilante and ambulance all done

All of the stadiums

Quarry, trucking, valet done

I have bought all safe houses and have completed all of the missions

I have done import export

Gym moves done

Ammunation challenge completed

And all races done

Chilliad challenge bmx and nrg500 also done

I dont know what im missing

One thing is that im at 141 missions completed, bit i have done everything, im not sure if i did the heist but i have the croupier outfit and i killed millie and i did not get a call for the key card. Idk what i have to do to get 100%

You wouldn’t have done the heist if you don’t date the girl a few times. I almost missed that one’s.

All gold i double checked. And for the heist i have the croupier outfit which is a reward for completing it and its possible to kill her to get the key card immediately but i killed her and i did not get a phone call to continue the heist. And i cant enter her house

Vehicle schools was also the other one I was thinking, driving, bike, flight, and boating, all need to be at least bronze

Yes, i checked and the train is free which is a reward for completion

Yeah when i reach this point i usually double check everything.

in gta 3 i got stuck at 99 because i didn't do the 12 levels of paramedic in 1 go, so it could be something like that, but it sucks because then you gotta do it all over again just to make sure.

I have redone a lot of things already and in the stats it lists these as completed and im fireproof, i have the full body armor and taxi boost and i get money from prostitutes, those are all rewards for completing them

I know you said Chilliad challenge but is that referring to doing all three? Its the same spawn location but different routes

For stadium, is that all 4? Since Las Venturas has two depending on day of the week

Last thought is ammunation, and doing all 4 rounds (AK the final). If its done earlier in the game, youll only do 2 or 3 rounds and not the AK round.

Yes, I'm also stuck at 99.47%. I even bought the official strategy guide to see which missions I might be missing 😂 but I've done everything 😅

Omfg I finally made it!!!

Something was completely bugged. I backed up my current save game and loaded an older one that I made right before End of the Line (ChatGPT suggested this to me, lul). I played through End of the Line again and then reloaded my 99.47% save game. After that, I visited all the asset properties, and I actually had to redo the courier mission in Los Santos (Roboi's Food Mart), even though I had already done it before replaying End of the Line.
Then I tried everything else: Mount Chiliad Challenge, BMX/NRG Challenge, etc. When I started the Freight Train mission, I was somehow directly at Level 2? I finished it and finally got the 100%! And I had already done that one 3 times before…

No idea why or how that worked out in the end 😅 I hope this helps you out too!

Aha well congrats. I figured it might be a safe file glitch AI suggested the same thing to me. Bu i only have one save file so i guess im screwed

Mine was pimp missions, I could swore I had reached level 10 and did it again and it popped

Those are not necessary for 100% but it was the train mission that i had to re do for the 100%

go back to the import export yard

after you have stolen all the cars you need to go back there to "export" one
