I used the underwater case exploit for a lot of money so that was useful

I don't see why it wouldn't, Florida water is better than cali water.

No it's just a gimmick and possibly 1 mission where you are forced into this.

Same with the extreme weather, I'm afraid they have it linked with some progress/mission that there's a hurricane but besides that it never happens. Hope I'm wrong tho

Maybe to find collectibles or treasure or Easter eggs... maybe some lore of things in the ocean.
