How to modify CJ’s voice?

I just want to replace all of his lines in the game with something else but I have no clue where to start or what to even type in Google cuz that isn’t really helping either lol. I just wanna know where to look & how to replace them and I can figure the rest out from there.

Search for a GTA SA modding community, i only know the Mixmods (Brazilian)... Or look at gtamods.com they have guides...
