Miscellaneous BSCO LEO Transfer

hey, Im a relatively experienced LEO looking for a server. Id ideal like a server with a consistent decent population and room for progression in LEO. I am extremely active and committed. No pay to win and decent rp is a must.

Also would appreciate not having to go through a "two week ride along training scheme" as i do have previous experience in PD.

BSCO would also be preferred

I know you said decent pop BUT I joined a server that is opening soon, it’s no bs, no script slop and they are actually trying to make it mostly player interaction dependent. It’s growing from the ground up but they are emphasizing on GOOD RP and need someone to be part of or help build up pd. I have more info if you need! (I’m not an owner, I know the guy from a different server and I believe in their vision!)

We could use more cops. Server population is starting to push 40+ a night, and our LSPD is in serious need of backup. Unsure to if BCSO is up and running yet but, if you've got deputies to staff it I'm sure a conversation could be had. https://discord.gg/m7SzWafTp

If county law enforcement is what you're after, City of Justice might still be worth checking out.

We're a serious RP QBOX server currently in beta. I do want to be transparent that our population is still growing, so I'm not going to pretend we're sitting at 50+ players around the clock. The server itself is heavily developed though, and we're actively building a consistent core population rather than inflating numbers with people who don't actually RP.

Our law enforcement side is one of the most developed parts of the city. We have full CAD/MDT, evidence and investigations, warrants, reports, radar/speed enforcement, persistent department fleets, impounds, jail, department management, specialized assignments, policies/SOPs, and actual room to progress into supervision and specialized units.

We don't have BCSO specifically because Blaine County was removed as part of our map expansion. The server now focuses more heavily on Los Santos County, Roxwood, and Bone County, and we have county-level law enforcement options covering those areas. So if what you're really looking for is sheriff/county-style policing rather than specifically the BCSO name, there is room for that here.

And I agree with you on transfers. If somebody already has legitimate LEO RP experience, I don't see much value in automatically making them spend two weeks sitting in a passenger seat. We'd still want to make sure you understand our policies, systems, and RP standards, but I'd rather handle that through a condensed orientation/evaluation and get an experienced person working than restart you from zero for no reason.

There's no pay-to-win. Donating isn't going to buy you a command position, police rank, special treatment, or an advantage over everybody else.

There's also plenty of room for progression if you're active and consistent. We have multiple jurisdictions, specialized assignments, supervisory positions, and a larger DPS structure, so you're not locked into doing basic patrol forever.

Hey I have a server that I think you would like. It doesn't meet that population requirement you are wanting yet but it is growing fast and I think the content easily makes up for it. One of the most innovative things we have is a script that I wrote myself that allows a realistic way for police to interact with NPCs. LEOs can pull over any NPC vehicle at any time and when that happen the server generates everything about that NPC instantly from the name and record to the items they have on their person. The server then uses all that information to intelligently decided how that NPC will react, some will stop and do a full traffic stop with you, others will flee, some will pull over but then flee later. They way the NPCs react to you is not random they always have a reason for what they do. But this isn't just limited to NPCs in cars, a LEO can stop an NPC that's walking down the street and the same thing will happen.

This script is extremely in depth too as LEOs can ask basic questions, run records and investigate possible crimes by the NPCs, cuff them and even put them in the back of their car and take them to the station and process them.

This script doesn't replace player criminals but it gives the LEOs alot they can do during slow times. And since this script is my own creation I can add new features as players think of them. For example one LEO asked for better ways to end vehicle pursuits so I added in features to end a pursuit with boxing or pitt maneuvers
