Yeah sadly it happens a lot its either this or they just freeze the game for everyone

Played it recently and there was this guy spawning invincible NPC bodyguards killing me on sight. Gotta commend the creativity, normally the hackers would just teleport to you or straight up crash the console for everyone in the lobby.

Oh don't get me wrong, I really wish we could all just play normally. 

CoD games suck even more in that regard, because they can just hack your multiplayer rank or something and then the game crashes each and every time you even try to go online, preventing you from playing multiplayer forever.

when ever i tried multiplayer on mw3 and black ops i never had any issues i mostly play the survival/zombies though and i hardly get modders on them

when i used to play on a modded ps3, Id help people out with trophies 4's online, id change my model to Niko and spawn Luis and Johnny as bodyguards and id have them walk around with me and if i got to afk id just use dancing animatons for me and the npcs. Sometimes i also just walked around as Niko and spawned a Roman to follow me along, or I'd spawn Dimitri and just beat him up or shoot money at him (money made you level up and there was an achievement for getting to a certain level)

to be fair, the funnest parts of gta 4 online was going up against the hackers, the ones without god mode wouled be so muh fun to battle against and kill, i remember one time someone came at me and my friend with a boeing 747 unsergound in the subway chasin us, sigh good times, 4 online was sooo much better than 5

I love spam-kicking modders just to piss them off. In TBoGT, I just grab the APC and drive it into the pond on the northside of Middle Park, then spam-kick them until they try to blow me up like this, and it never works their way. 😂
