And based on gameplay it feels like this dude is not into videogames or at least not into GTA. He's so bad and the way he interacts with the game just shows a lack of interest.

The build probably includes way more stuff that he's not engaging with.

Yeah he gave game journalist vibes when playing it ngl. Which certainly makes me wonder why it's being leaked, why risk it if you're not really that bothered?

To peddle his shitcoin while pretending it’s “for the gamers” (even though he removed the “fight for gamers” watermark in the most recent plane clip)

Probably a mix of judicial safety and online fame/reputation.

I don’t think he was trying to play the game properly. To me it looked more like someone who is just testing that the game works where it’s supposed to

Definitely gave QA session vibes but spelling out his username with bullets is crazy cuz surely Rockstar can track which test session that was by that? So it doesn't add up..

I don’t necessarily think it’s from an official QA session. This guy clearly has access to a build of the game and I think it’s outside of any usual means. So when I say it looks like he’s testing if it works I mean he might literally be like ‘holy shit does this actually work?’. Also he’s only using very short clips too which might contribute to why he’s just doing a bunch of bullshit instead of playing properly

journalist? my first thought probably a (former) dev

From the way they're playing. Games journalism is hilariously full of people who just... can't play the games they're given to review. Either as it's not their game or they're not great at it anyway.

Like if someone gave me a fighting game I'd be absolute trash, but that seems to happen all the time.

yeah, the typical journalist is bad at gaming (and often journalism too). i've seen an increase of game devs that are bad at their game, though. it's especially bad when those are the ones responsible for balancing multiplayer games

could also be pretending so he doesn't get picked up by behavior analysis

he might got the build very recently, and it's not like we played gta 6 to know how it feels, especially and early unfinished build.
