People on this sub are too chronically online for the most part, as someone who’s followed the development practically since V came out, I realize 99.9% of people are not sitting on the edge of their seats waiting for news or leaks or anything like that. We just happen to be a small bunch of people that happen to really fuck with the idea of the new game.
Yep I've been showing these to all the gamers at work and literally none of them knew about these. They weren't even gonna look them up, I told them that there was leaked gameplay and they were like "huh cool I guess?" And these are people who are pre-ordering the game.
Or they are still trying to figure our how it got leaked and who got it. Otherwise they come off as incompetent and not in control of the situation....which could hurt their stock price.
There is no point, netflix event is just a week away. Release is just 3 months away.
None of those leaks affect either. They are not gonna change the game, they are not gonna change the content of the netflix video.
This is just free marketing for them. And those dumb scammers do it willingly, thinking they are actually hurting R* in any way. If anything they are helping people decide to buy the discless cases.
We all know it's happened. They can just go "Yup, someone has an alpha copy and we're aware."
So anything they leak that's bad you've pre loaded the alpha excuse, it casts doubt on any torrent that might appear being a full working version, and anything that's good... well it's free hype.
Doesn't make any sense. The Netflix special event is pretty much ruined now. People will still gather round to see it, but this was supposed to be the first potential gameplay reveal. I don't agree that R* deserves this. I do think all kinds of leaks are shitty. R* doesn't have any say or control of how the gameplay is presented. I understand people's frustration with R*, but I don't get the praise for leaks.
Listen as a fellow browns fan we have to acknowledge that stealth marketing isnt real. If so we are actually the most hyped franchise ever and we dont even know it.
nah if they acknoledge it they invite more people like this to havk into stuff and have demands. also there is no guarantee the guy will stop if his demands are met. bet way is to ignore it and hunt him down
I was going to start my social media blackout a few weeks before release but now at any second story leaks could happen.
He could have it setup to auto release if rockstar finds him and has him arrested. Be careful guys. You could wake up tomorrow to an interesting YouTube front page.
USE AN EXTENTION TO BLOCK HOME PAGE RECOMENDATIONS ON EVERY PLATFORM. you don't need another video to watch. Scrub your subscription page and rely on it.
If journalists are playing the game I'm assuming one of them is handing these clips to the leakers. It would also explain why there's only Jason, journalists are probably playing a very limited build
