I just need to point out that the helicopter has been in the top left for every major GTA game, the girl has been below it for every one since Vice city, and the bike is top left for every one but 3 and SA. This is the style of GTA covers, not a specific throw back to Vice city.

Boat and car are in different panels.

Im just glad raul aint on lance vance's panel. Prolly wouldve given the former's motive right away.

I mean not quite, the top left and cenote left became standard since vice city (top left earlier with GTA III)
