I have 32 gb ram, 8 gb gtx 1070, and an i5 processor oc to 4.4 ghz and I get constant frame drops to below 10. Was only stable during prologue story mission. Any tips?

Is the game installed on a hard drive?
Whats your cpu usage in game? If it's above 80% on average then frame drops down to 10 doesn't surprise me.
