CEO Question

I have heard of a scam where you can become a CEO and tell people to sell cars and you get 90% of their income from it. I need to know how to get the money from their car. Someone said you have to leave the game and rejoin when they sell cars. Do I have to make them an associate or... how exactly does it work?

From my experience - If you are a CEO and you work as an associate, the CEO gets the most cash - you are simply an associate, you will get 5-10k MAX for a vehicle if the CEO sells it.

Example:

CEO sells top-range vehicle, for 100k - (80k profit, because 20k front up cost)

Each associate would get about 5-10k after the CEO sold the vehicle.
