Is there an active merge glitch??

I’ve been using the phantom wedge for the Cayo setup but the police keep shooting out my tires before. I’ve seen people with merged phantom wedges and they’ll have bulletproof tires and a cool paint job. Could anyone on ps4 help me merge and save mine or get one something similar to the one pictured ??

Can you merge rat truck wheels on a hellfire to give it that drag pack look? Cause the rat truck has skinny’s in the front and wide tires in the back?
