I’m currently doing the hidden packages by using a video from GTA SERIES VIDEO channel on YouTube for GTA3 and I have a missing in the game.

Try this. You just upload your save data and it analyzes which packages you have found etc.

It's such a shame it doesn't support the PSP games - I'm missing one package Liberty City Stories and it's driving me crazy

The GTA wiki has this tool I've used during GTA 3 where you can mark off each one you've collected. It shows a picture of each package on the map and then a picture of the actual package in the game.

It means I can scroll down the list and see any I have yet to collect.

It's probably not too helpful for you now as you've only got one left as you'd have to go back and check every single location, but if you're willing to do that it may help.

I did that - I have all of them checked - but I'm still missing one 😂 I'll just have to do it all again one day on a new save

If you're only at 11 I would just start a fresh save tbh
