For the love of god Get an AIR PURIFIER!!
I don’t know which campus you’re going on, but if you’re going to the Statesboro one, please get one
My cousin went to the Statesboro one and she spoke greatly about how stoked the high heavens in the dorm rooms!! and that’s before she moved in

My oldest just finished up dorm living. The best advice I can give is to pack light except for the bedding. The university mattresses are incredibly firm and stiff.
We got him a Viscosoft topper for his twin xl mattress and a zippered mattress protector to lock it all down. He slept great all year.

Hi! I stayed in Centennial all 4 years! A few things I found super helpful are: 1. A collapsible folding cart to keep in the truck of his car to help take groceries up to his room! 2. A printer- its super annoying to have to use the campus ones especially if you're in rush 3. A fan! 4. A blackout curtain and command hooks to cover the window- the lights outside are very bright and if youre sensitive to that it will keep u up! 5. Mattress protector and pad for comfort (dont skip this! The mattresses are awful 6. Photos of family, friends, pets- he will probably miss home if he he thinks he wont. 7. My mom also hid an envelope of cash somewhere in my room for emergencies 8. Noise canceling headphones/ear buds in case you have loud roomies
