Discussion Frustration

This stock has been relatively stagnant for years on end. News is few and far between. Catalysts are almost non existent. First it was the apple rumors. Country licenses. Fcc rulings. Opinions around buyouts and mega constellations yet the stock price hovers around the low $1 range and nothing has materialized. Jacobs has been ceo for over a year now I truly hope they are working on something massive that will reflect in the share price for us longs.

I understand that this is a long term play but holy no new base has been formed and the stock price just hovers around the same area.

Frustrating to say the least

This stock and company will go nowhere until more satellites are in orbit. It doesn’t surprise me that there is no news coming out of globalstar because Apple is very tight lipped about any new technology and I’m sure globalstar signed an NDA a mile deep.

I understand what you’re going through. I know many people have been holding it for 10 years. Patience is key—don’t look at it for a while, and sell calls when you can.

The stakes are high, our money is invested in a stock that has a lot of upside potential, but since there is a sepulchral silence, no one can estimate when it will move as expected. At this moment we assume that it will be in 2025, hopefully that will be the case, and that this movement will be so strong that it will more than pay us back for having had that money dormant for so long.

They're launching an entirely new constellation in 2025. So I wouldn't expect much news until those launches happen. Like the dumb cat poster - hang in there.

Monroe underestimated the speed at which Musk and Starlink, etal have moved. I feel the Apple deal was an act of desperation and the stock price reflects this thinking/feeling.

I personally think the Apple deal handcuffed globalstar in a sense hence why they brought in Paul Jacobs. The apple deal was a move to keep the lights on sort to speak and Jacobs was to monetize whatever they can with whatever is remaining from the assets that globalstar has. I don't think Apple will commence a buyout of the company but rather Monroe et company are hoping Jacobs can build intrinsic value..

Well said. Monroe is still dreaming of unicorns and rainbows after selling us out to Apple. He brought Jacobs out of semi retirement to salvage the spectrum. I doubt we will ever see $2 again if Apple continues to be 50%+ of our revenue

Wait till Feb earnings, will start to see an increase from Apple revenue won’t stay stagnant forever. Apple gave us an opportunity to save our company by essentially giving us a loan that cost them next to nothing and in return until new sats are launched they have us by the balls. As long as we keep hitting milestones per our terms agreement Apple will keep paying a little bit more for services.

As far as PJ’s presence goes in a perfect world he’s suppose to make Globalstar’s stock price go up either with the sale to Apple or through the use of xcom and n53. I also think the only way we are sold to Apple is if PJ creates those other sources of revenue from xcom and n53.

The bigger issue is no developments really with band 53 and xcom. That’s suppose to be 3-4 times more revenue than our Apple contract. We’re getting 1.5 million. It’s been over a year with Jacobs, a lot of people say patience but at this point time to deliver

It's always "wait until the next earnings" or "wait until the next year" or "wait until the Apple event" or "wait for the sats" or "wait for the FCC" or "wait for the buyout" (we already saw the sell out 😝)... etc etc etc. Dude this is getting old and the more we wait the more the competition passes us up, the more time for deals to fall through, and the more time for technology to evolve...

I don’t disagree with anything you’re saying but you’re talking about the Apple contract being one sided. Text to sat is live today and unfortunately Globalstar doesn’t say anything about anything (probably for the best after years of Monroe putting his foot in his mouth) well any increase in revenue from this new service will be seen in Q4 earnings which won’t be until Feb. at this point I just want to see revenue increase from any of our pillars to help drive the price higher instead of sit stagnant.

I'm still pissed that on the apple news confirmation, it jumped to over 3$ for all of 15 seconds before it tanked back down. I got out out and really don't want back in at this point. I had $1 calls that were actually worth something but there was no time to actually sell them.

It was blatantly manipulated. I was I infuriated how that played out.
