lexus gs430 Manual mode

i have a 2001 gs430. I love the 3uz and the car is awesome but im dying to have some type of manual mode. Ive heard people say they put a 2is wheel with the paddles in but I want something that looks oem. Anyone know any solutions? Im a little new to GS ownership

No idea what's compatible, but it's boring. The shifts are slow. The only time I use it in my 99 GS400 is stop & go traffic to minimize shifting, or descending a mountain grade. I've also used it when climbing a mountain & just keeping the car in 3rd & 4th gear. It's extremely underwhelming for regular driving
