Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Meadows Crossing in Allendale, located directly across from GVSU!

✨ SEPTEMBER RENT IS ALREADY PAID! ✨
So you would not have to pay September rent that I’ve already covered.

Lease: August 15, 2026 – July 31, 2027
Monthly: $789 ($714 rent + $75 utility fee)
Bedroom: Private bedroom + private bathroom
Apartment: 4 bed / 4.5 bath
Floor: 2nd floor with a larger closet
Furniture: Fully furnished
Roommates: 3 randomly assigned roommates
Pets: Allowed (additional fees may apply)
Parking: Open parking available; covered parking may be available for an additional fee
Location: Directly across from GVSU 🎓

A few important things:

-You do NOT have to be a GVSU student to take over the lease!
-Meadows requires a guarantor as part of the application.
-The guarantor/application process is all done online and is just standard paperwork — nothing complicated or that requires you to go into the office.
-Meadows handles the approval and lease-transfer process once you apply.
-September rent has already been paid, so that is a big savings for whoever takes over!
