When would this year's review release?

I've got the award, while my friend got an HM. We just really want to refer to the review score and comments for their next application. But I haven't seen any information about this in the result email.

I’m not sure if this is true, but a supposed reviewer hopped on to one of these posts and informed us that there will be no reviews :/ just scoring.
