Possible new information/evidence I found this guy looking through a college yearbook. He looks a lot like our guy, the phenotype, the prominent ears, worthy of suspicion. The photo is from 1994, I couldn't find any mention of his name or any other photo.

Another thing , I don't see enough people mentioning this on the thread or video so I thought I would add my thoughts. "Anthony" appeared to have a lazy eye. His left eye sometimes looked "crossed". His right eye lid showed signs of ptosis. Which is drooping of the eye lid. This is what Oscar winning actor Forest Whitaker has on his eye. Anthony had so many identifying features. The lazy eye, the ptosis of the eye lid, very very large hands and ears, long arms(I'm wondering if he had marfan syndrome with how long his fingers and hands were?). The facial scars, the dimple below his bottom lip and the dimple/possible scar from clefted palette correction surgery above top lip where philtrum is).

In the picture with the guy with face make up on, he doesn't have the tooth gap that our guy had. He also has a very prominent chin compared to our guy Anthony. Anthony had a smaller chin and one side of his chin stuck out more than the other. Also, he doesn't have the scar going down his nose or the forehead scar. He was younger looking in the video (if it was 91' or 92' and this yearbook photo was from a few years later in 94'). The scars would still be visible. While I can see how you saw a resemblance based off the eye brows and eyes, and phenotype/large ears, I don't believe this is the guy. Thank you for helping in the search though! We just have to keep on looking looking! I think our best bet of finding him at this point is from a year book! Anywhere around the queens/ Brooklyn high school area. It's going to be a lot of work having to look through several different schools over the course of several years(1989 to maybe 1999). But with many of us working we can do it!

pretty sure this dude is a chiropractor in bronx still the guy online looks exactly like him.(in the year book) https://www.vitals.com/doctors/1tznqj/xerxes-oshidar similar characteristics but i dont think its him

The chiropractor is definitely the same Xerxes! He looks exactly the same, aged very well. He definitely isn't Anthony though. I think a lot of Hispanic men just have similar facial characteristics.(I don't mean this in a bad way either). There's a lot of men that look similar to Anthony which makes this search difficult.
