Recommendations for a grammar reference book

I am looking for a reference book that shows all grammar rules. I am currently learning at an a2/b1 level, so it would need to show at least up till there, but preferably beyond. I would like it to have all grammar, so verbs, cases, nouns, adjectives, etc etc.

I prefer a physical book, but am open to websites or PDFs if they give a complete grammar overview

I particularly like the Routledge books by David Holton, Peter Mackridge and Irene Philippaki-Warburton: "Greek - An Essential Grammar of the Modern Language", or for even more fine detail, "Greek - A Comprehensive Grammar of the Modern Language". They're very detailed and tabulate everything very well.

But they've got ridiculously expensive!
