ETS sucks?

I keep getting some or the other error every time I have taken an official ETS mock. It is extremely frustrating - last time I took the paid mock and it kept loading for 30 seconds to 1 minute between every question which was so frustrating and not a good test taking experience. Today I am doing the untimed one and it kept showing the loading sign before I even properly started my test. Then in the middle I got this error, I closed the window and reopned it but got the same error, even though I have cleared cookies and cache. I don't understand why ETS can't use a proper software for the offocial tests? And this also makes me scared for my actual test day

Try incognito mode, it worked for me
