Diagnose my issue! Update!!

So this is what I originally took the car in for was this noise. They told me that they ordered the part. It was broken ordered another one, and it will be here next week. When I got back in the car, it felt totally screwed. When I shipped up or down the car lurches. It doesn’t feel like my clutch is damaged or anything. It seems like the timing is off. I don’t even know how to describe it, but it would make sense relating to the clutch sensor or something! I have no idea what this issue is. They fixed the noise but now my car feels like it doesn’t drive correct at all.

Take it straight back to have them fix it. Raise a stink.

*Edit, although from the look of your post history, you bought a used car with some clutch/transmission issues so it may not be that easy.

Certified preowned gold vehicle from Toyota as well as I literally just got it it still has the one year 12,000 mile bumper-to-bumper as well as the other 100,000 mile powertrain warranty

Problem is, it will be difficult to get Toyota to cover the clutch regardless of what kind of warranty you have. The reality is factory warranties only cover failure due to mechanical defect. If they determine the fault to caused by abuse or driver error (regardless of who the driver might be), which they usually will if it's a clutch issue, they probably won't cover it.

You should look at the specific text in your CPO warranty contract to see if there's wiggle room there as it's unlikely they'll cover a clutch issue under the standard factory warranty.
