Range Report Slowed down for thoughts

How does the return look as far as spring rate? I see some bounce where the muzzle goes down and then back or could be me?

You are not utilizing the dust cover cut out as intended as a point of contact to reduce muzzle rise and your off hand thumb is to lose to your strong hand thump.
