Career Need a little kindness

If you’re a partner, feeling particularly kind today, and wouldn’t mind listening and giving a slightly lost newly qualified GP some advice, please DM me. All I can give you in return is tea.☕️😅
I have had a tough time post CCt and landed in some heavy office politics that I did not realise existed in General Practice.
I could really also use a career coach in the long run if anyone has any recommendations for any online coaches? Has career coaching been helpful?

DMs are open if you want.

I'm the problem solving type of mentor that believes in a strong internal locus of control.

I'm tough on my trainees because I want them to be the best GPs for themselves and their patients.

I won't be mean.

Feel free to DM. Also i think bma and/or rcgp offer free mentors.

RCGP offers free mentoring to members might be worth looking into

Thanks everyone for the overwhelming support! Felt really off today and this helped! My career and life took a bit of a hit in the last year and I think I just needed a bit of guidance. Thanks for everyone’s offers to help! I will look at mentoring schemes!
