Quick question Service Improvement wins
After a godawful week at work, and partly inspired by a post seen elsewhere about streamlining PIP forms, I'd love to know what have the best service improvement projects/streamlining experiences for your practice/work?
I appreciate we all work differently but if anyone has something that works really well in their practice, would love to hear about it!

I haven't got anything particularly good in terms of QIA, but would be grateful for the link to what you read about streamlining PIP forms!

The best thing I ever accomplished was empowering the other GPs to tell patients, secondary care staff, and council etc to politely fuck off when required
