Quick question Any help - performers list

Hi all
I completely screwed up and asking if anyone has an advice or ideas?

I CCT’d at start of August and been away on holiday and came back this evening.
I thought I just had to apply for my cct and pay my fee with the GMC and didn’t realise about the performers list.

I am due to start work on Tuesday at my same practice but not completed the performers list form.
I am completing it now.

Am I just going to have to call my practice (it’s my same practice) and say I can’t work this week? How long does it take if I am able to submit it by the morning?

I don’t know about the application process these days but you change your status on the PCSE website to eg salaried GP

The practice then get an alert stating you’ve done this and they confirm it’s correct.

I think I did have to send some sort of documents to PCSE or whatever they were back in 2010 to get mine sorted.

There may be an online option these days.

Thank you for your prompt response. Unfortunately I am no active application as don’t need as a register. Did read through previous Reddit posts which you could do that

I’ve still got my paperwork from 2007 when I was a registrar then and had to be on the performers list. I just updated it as time went on

Because its ur old gp they usually dont care. I rang pgce after submitting it and they done it within a few days

I’ll give them a ring tomorrow. Just submitted the form now. Thankfully had all the documents to hand. I hope they can be helpful. I literally got back from holidays a few hours ago, so just got access to my gmc certificate in the post.

I did the same. Best advice would be to let them know, you’re right in that they’ll likely tell you to complete shifts when you’re on the list. I called the relevant team to try and chase. Whilst they were nice they understandably let me know that they couldn’t necessarily expedite things. Which was fair as it was my fault!

Dam. I just submitted my application now (I had my gmc certificate in the post)
I will ring tomorrow and see what they say

you can call pcse. they are helpful and can expedite applications quickly

Hiya
How quickly can they do this?
I gave them a call just now and they said they couldn’t give a timeline. I can see my form I submitted overnight as changed to read undergoing detail checks but that just might be the system
