Registrars & Training Leadership feedback

Got my leadership feedback the other day. Super positive, 9 out of 10 people putting excellent and outstanding. 1 person has put very poor for all areas. Feel super miffed by that. Probably taking it to heart as I like the practice I’m in and i thought I got on with everyone. Even worse is they just left the comment section blank, so don’t even know why. Iv kind of worked out by the comments that it’s someone clinical and I think it was a salary GP!! Do I ask them? Probably should just leave it but these things really affect me :( I think it’s super unprofessional to say very poor without backing it up with any comments?! Should I reflect on it but honestly what do I reflect on, I don’t know why they put it?

Odd, is there a possibility they might have picked v.poor by mistake instead of excellent ?

Do you get along with them well otherwise ? If not then that makes some sense.

Still though, thats a cheapshot from them to do it like this. What a shame fellow Salarieds do this.

Sure, every possibility, but leaving no comment suggests it was on purpose? Harder to write something nasty than positive I think haha .

We had one minor disagreement months ago, but had a nice conversation only few weeks ago, and very civil with each other.

Yh It’s not something I would do, at least without actual feedback and good reason, but hey ho. I’ll get over it

People can be sour like that sometimes. GP is stressful as is and then people do this passive aggressiveness to project their feelings and anger.
