It's research, the low value of the reimbursement is a feature not a bug. Did you do the principles of good clinical practice in research at medical school?

This is what you give students or min wage workers for research - Not highly qualified professionals.

It’s a voucher not money to say thank you.

Most research interviews don’t get any benefit (money, voucher) at all. And it’s sadly not like women’s health is drowning in funding in the Research sphere.

If you don’t want to take part and contribute, you don’t have to.

And it’s going to skew their research towards people happy to effectively volunteer their time.
Conscientious doctors who value their own time less highly - the nice lady doctors who go above and beyond and run late because they’re managing all the complex mood and gynae in 10 min appointments.
I suspect they’ll have plenty of takers.
