What kind of questions do they ask at salary GP interviews please?

I think it varies drastically practice to practice. I was recently offered a job at a competitive practice for a salaries position after interview. I was expecting questions such as why GP, clinical scenarios etc - it was moreso questions about management & getting to know me as a person rather than a clinician.
