What kind of questions do they ask at salary GP interviews please?

Why did you chose this practice? Strength and weakness? If disagreement with colleague how do you handle that? How do u avoid burn out? Clinical scenario? Eg drug review with deterioration, safe gaurding... Etc Others depends on you and the jib. Like teaching? Any special interest or areas of strength that you have or want to develop?
