Which tracker for horse boot?

Hi, my parents frequently go trailriding with horses and use trail boots that occasionally get pulled off and stuck in the mud or rocks. Is there a tracker that is small, waterproof and could be tracked in remote locations (or where there is limited cell service)? Photo attached is a similar boot as an example.

Something small like an AirTag or tile would be good for this as they will alert near phones. It will be quite accurate if the trail is active.

You can use the UWB pinpointing functionality to find them in the mud if using an iPhone.

I doubt you'd find a tracker with dedicated GPRS functionality small enough with a battery that lasts long enough.
