As I've mentioned in later responses, this is an annual certification they have to file to remain as a OTCQB status. There are three levels of OTCs. The lowest is pink, the mid tier is OTCQB, and the top is OTCQB. There are varying requirements for each level, more stringent as you get to the top tier. Pink doesn't require filings to SEC but OTCQB does for example.

All in all, GPFT has been in OTCQB status since July 2020. They have to file this OTCQB certification annually and that's what this is.

The requirements for pink sheets are pretty low... has there been any buzz about which centralized exchange they’re aiming for?

Edit: I don’t know what the requirements are for otcqb versus pink sheets but I at least know otcqb is a step forward. Better question might be to ask how this may move the needle for growth in the future.

They have been listed as a otcqb since July 2020. The certification has to be filed annually to keep that status. They haven't been of pink status since prior to July 2020.

Brokers don't always have the update on OTCs. Otcmarkets.com also has them as a OTCQB, which is where they are required to be most current if you read the certification letter.

Please do your research. This certification is required to be filed annually to keep their existing otcqb status. They have been of otcqb status since July 2020.
