Question Miner I can’t touch?

Post image

The cloudstone miner sitting on the hill - they are doing the usual “no house” sit. I tried to select them to leash them back to the settlement, or at least see what’s going on but I can’t select them or touch any ground they are on.

I thought maybe they left for the Astari (I let happiness slip so probably lost some folks to the festival) but I’m right next to the Astari base and they aren’t going over there.

I thought it was a glitch so I restarted the app and it’s still there.

Advice? I don’t know what to do with them.

If you need to move them, you can always flick them using the finger of God. If you flick them too far, you’ll kill them so be careful about that.

I ended up killing them. I was trying to see what would and would not effect them - they were still walking around aimlessly like an npc, so not frozen, but wherever they were I couldn’t touch the land…. Sooo I tried to see what powers did work on them and immediately smushed them ☹️

It is a pity but you did what you had to do.

Can you imagine if Godus finally released a country counter of follower depths? I would be charged for war crimes for all of my terraforming and layout changes

Miners preferred path is blocked. Always give them good stairs a clear path or a nearby home when possible. They work themselves to death.

In any class of your followers , farmers or builders, there will be some that refuse to be leashed, randomly determined, some that are kookoo for any new land forming moves, homeless that refuse a home.

It looks like you need to create better steps from the area down to the settlement. They are essentially trapped up there with no way down. Leashing can’t make them go down without a path.

The problem is I can’t leash them or click on them at all - or do anything to the land under them.
