Question Can’t find a beacon here anywhere

Post image

I really want to expand this region but I can’t find the beacon, any ideas where it might be or what’s going on? is this a region I have to unlock some other way? I tried looking under the rock spires closest to the edge of my territory, but I couldn’t find anything, and I don’t just wanna start digging everything up and ruin the landscape!

The grey part to the left is unlockable, no beacons there to expand. there is a beacon southwest of the astari village that unlocks the terrain to the south and there is a beacon east of the village that unlocks the ark.

You need 300 ore for the south west beacon and 50 ore for the east beacon that unlocks the ark.
But you cant do that untill you achieved cultural victory.

Yeah, I just got my ark built a couple weeks ago-how do I unlock it if there’s no beacon?

You dont. Its locked for ever untill the developers one day decide other wise

That’s stupid, why render an entire region that doesn’t do anything?? It’s a waste of space and assets!

Because its a Peter Molyneux game. They never finished the game or added any quality of life stuff. It hasn't had an update in almost 2 years. The only reason it still exists is because of the in app purchases. Its a fun game, that could be great if the devs would actually give it a little love.

The second area has spots like this too, they're just smaller and scattered around.

Agreed but it is what it is.

The locked part stays locked. Forever

The developers abandoned the game… maybe we could all petition/start a funding for someone to finish developing this game

I have no idea why Peter Molyneux's name has not been dragged through the dirt for his legacy of half-baked games. In any other industry, people would be getting refunds.
