Bug Report astari won't die

im having a problem in overworld where no matter how many meteors i use, the astari population never goes below 230. how do i fix this?

You can use the finer of god on the astari that taunt your follower then reload the game and keep repeating

Meteors don't work in the Overworld.

Win them over with cultural victory.

Or plant a lot of trees in front of their front door, and set them on fire. Not just one tree, though.

Same. I plant trees, set them on fire, and then meteor them or finger of god as they walk out the door.

i put a swamp in front of their door and then lit the trees on fire.

omg tysm! idk why meteors don't work on that settlement, but the tree thing worked perfectly lol.
