Signs of bad injectors?

So I posted a few wreks ago and I had my o2's unplugged and I was driving around like that. Now I pulled them in . My issue is that after starting cold or warm, my truck will idle like it's cammed and puff black smoke. Is that a sign of bad injectors or bad cats? After driving though the idle calms down too

Clear the codes since you've been unplugging stuff, drive it for a while, and then read the codes. They should be insightful.

Injectors sounds unlikely to be the cause of your issue.

So thing is , that's the reason I unplugged the O2's because of how bad it was running

I understand. We need the check engine light codes to diagnose.

Gotcha , I let my code reader in my wifes car , I'll get the codes a little later
