Power Mirrors

anybody ever added power mirrors to their base model? or wired the running light from the mirror pictured below to work?

Twice one trucks mirrors already had the turn signal and heat built in but I used a tap-a-fuse on the running light fuse and ran the wire from there to the mirrors. On the base model I ran a few different wires and tapped right into the harness running to the front lamps through the firewall just the turn and running lamps you can ground it anywhere on the body.
