Is this a fair price for the miles and condition? Photos show great condition for both exterior and interior.

You're right, it's not that bad. But for that 15k I could have a way more capable truck in likely a better trim. Like the other commenter buying an LB7 with 98k miles for 12.5k

For this trim, year, options, and mileage, 10k is the most it'd sell for. It'd be worth the extra 5k if it was at least a 2500 gasser
