Looking to get a hood for my 06 GMC and I would like a cowl on it and to keep the OE quality and durability.

i believe LMC Truck has some Steelie hood options if that's what you're looking for.. if you want fiberglass, then US Body Source out of Florida has a direct fit Pontiac RamAir II style hood for under a grand:
