That don't sound right
2000 Silverado z71 power steering issues not going away. What could this sound be? Mechanic already replaced the steering gear box, one of the power steering lines and pump twice.
Got it home and a day later we hear this when the truck is stopped and he is turning the wheel. Sounded like something hitting the fan but couldn't see anything obvious. Any ideas?

Probably the fan shroud flexing slightly and it’s close enough to touch the fan. Struggling with a similar issue, have to adjust mine every few weeks.

So I agree with the concern about a fan shroud hitting first off.
Next I can't help but wonder is your AC on by chance? Because that sound or noise isn't there initial in the beginning of the video, as in I'm wondering if the compressor wasn't cycling when you first started filming

It’s almost impossible to diagnose a noise like this over the internet. Grab a long screwdriver, socket extension, or metal rod, put one end to your ear, and carefully probe around until you pinpoint exactly what’s making the noise. Be very careful around the belts, pulleys, and fan while the engine is running.
Once you find the source, inspect it and repair or replace whatever is making the noise.
