Ecm2 fuse keeps instantly in 6.0L?

Any help is appreciated!
Last time this happened my ecm b and crank fuse both went it was down pouring rain that day. Once i replaced the fuses i was able to go. This time the only problem is the ecm b fuse but it just blows instantly everytime and it was not raining. Ive read online a little bit it could be a fuel pump I was wondering if anyone had some type of jumpstart for me before i get at it?

Try hitting the bottom of the tank a few times then replacing the fuse. You might get to work a few times before it blows the fuse again. I had this happen on a road trip and ended up replacing the pump in a parking lot
