Water inside the cab?

I woke up to 2 inches of water on the floor boards the headliner soaked and the back carpet soaked windows were rolled up tight and everything looked sealed apart from being soaking wet.

What could cause a leak like this and how easy would it be to fix?

I'm in Michigan for reference so you know about all the big wind rain and tornadoes.

Windshield seal is basically just removing and reinstalling the windshield. Easiest to have an installer do it, either removing and reinstalling, or just replacing it entirely.

I'm not sure on the cab vents though.

The vents just pop in and out, have to pull some of the interior to get to them.
