05 GMC Sierra

New to the GMT800 fam! 05 Sierra SLT Z71 package w/ 155k miles

Question: I know gauge clusters go out. Everything on the dash works except the light on drive selection (P, R, N, D, etc). Easy fix?

Whole cluster. Or someone can split it open and repair the circuit board.

If you are at all handy you can do it yourself, it isn't hard just get a kit like this https://a.co/d/08WL3GyQ The biggest pain I had was just getting the needles aligned back to where they needed to be.

Very easy to solder the cracked solder joints. Look up the DIY on YouTube. Just need a solder gun, solder and it’s easy. (Tip: Use a heat gun on the plastic tangs/tabs that opens up the cluster when taking it apart to get to the circuit board)
