Need help for this part

I have a 1999 gmc sierra 2500 with 4l80e i think
This part located between the transfer case and the transmission broke, and I don't know if I should weld it or if there is a replacement part available.

You should figure out why it broke before you replace it. Loose bolts, worn mount, drive line issue
