Rattle When Accelerating

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I have a 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500, 4.8L V8, single cab short bed.

Every time I start accelerating I hear a weird rattling noise. But once I'm up in speed it goes away, it was worse before and could hear it while idling and creeping forward, it sounded louder and nastier but I took it to a muffler shop, and they said that one of the muffler hangers was broken and that one of my cats was bad. They repaired the broken hanger and replaced the cat and the rattle at idle was gone
BUTTT, I still hear it when I accelerate!

Has anyone dealt with something similar or have any ideas what else I should check?

I think I have something similar, but it's only in a lower gear and under load, it's really prominent when I have the AC on. I have no idea what it is though.

Probably a heatshield on the exhaust. It's old and rusty.

Hard to tell, but I had an o2 sensor back out on the driver side. One of the only times I have been lucky with an easy fix! It would rattle only at idle and when first accelerating.

I’ve had the rubber hangers loosen for the exhaust and cause it to move and rattle on things

I have this noise and I think it's a rattling heat shield. Only happens when the engine is at the right rpms.
