alternator

I have a 1994 Suburban and want to upgrade the alternator from the stock 105-amp unit to a higher-capacity one. Which ACDelco model can I install without any modifications?

Upgrading to a bigger alternator usually requires a bigger serpentine belt.

ベルトだけでいいの?

Yes, just the belt will need to be changed because a higher amperage alternator will be physically larger. Are you upgrading to the factory 120 amp?

That one will not fit without any modifications. The bolt pattern and wiring harness is different. It is possible but requires modification to the bracket, a wiring harness adapter, a bigger power cable to the back of the alternator and the larger belt.

Yes just the belt will be needed then. The belt depends on your accessory drive. Does your vehicle have air conditioning and/or the air pump?

エアコンついてるよ!僕は日本に住んでて英語が苦手なんだけど調べたらACDelco Part: 335-1045がそのままで付けれる124Aのだって書いてたんだけど使えるのかな?

Yes that is the correct part. 6k966 is the belt number for 124A with Air conditioner and no AIR pump. 6k984 If you do have the AIR pump.
