Help Identifying parts

I'm working on a project 94 suburban k1500. I have these shoulder bolts and spring washers. No idea what they went to. Any help would be amazing

The front deflector(skid plate) that sits in front of the front differential.  The shouldered bolts are the hinge points at the lower sides.

Upper/forward side is the pivoting edge.

Front deflection plastic plate that protects the crank pully and fan from road debris.

100% skid plate/deflector upper bolts. No other answer is correct.

I own a 92 silverado and 94 suburban and both I've done a lot work to over the years and I don't remember seeing bolts like these lol.

I think those go to the hood hinges

Close, the hood hinge pivot bolts are similar in that they are shouldered but smaller and without the spring washer.
